You might find some information in the Blue Book of Gun Values. You also might find out by lookin in old Sears Catalogs, Gun catalogs, etc. Trying to identify a weapon based only it's model number and caliber, without any photos, detailed description or hands on inspection is an exercise in research/futility.
Assault rifle is legally defined as a rifle having a detachable magazine, of intermediate rifle caliber(medium power) and selective fire. (machine gun). the Media has corrupted it to be anything.... AR=automatic rifle.

Some of the 1991 models have automatic seat belts, in fact, I think all of them do. So, I think it is safe to assume your 92 model came with the automatic belts. I have a 1992 Honda Accord EX and I have manual seatbelts, so maybe it was an option... but not standard....
Parts for the model 1892 are tough to come by, especially if they are mag tube parts. Some parts for model 1892's can be found at Wisners Gun Parts. They have an internet site at: http://www.wisnersinc.com/
It depends on the model of paintball marker you have, for example a Tippmann A5 in semi-automatic would come up to about 8BPS.
