That is not the VIN number, the vin is a 17 characters (numbers and letters) that is stamped on the head tube between the handlebars and the front fender. If this is the vin number from there, it is a pre 1981 bike and no way of tracking it. You would need to check with your local Suzuki shop and see if they can help you find the year model.
