I believe it was 1966 and 67.
i think it is on the trunk lid above the plate.
Under the center console
lift up the center plate on the console were your gear select is after you remove your shift lever and all the lever pieces and there you can remove the top of the console and the bottom has 4 bolts 10mm remove those and you shift your car all the way down to first or low gear and lift it up un plug the harness and there you go
Take the gauge face plate off, pull the gauge out.
Depends on the vehicle and how it is set up. Some are connected before the throttle plate (ported vacuum or delayed vacuum) and some are connected after the throttle plate (straight manifold vacuum). More info needed.

if you dont have a slot on console you have to pop remove the center console plate on top there a release under there
It is not possible to blast a hole in 2 inch steel plate with a 12 gauge slug. The slug will barely dent the plate, if it does anything at all.
3 gauge metal plate is approximately 1/4 inchthick.
Diesel engines don't have vacuum because they don't have a throttle plate.
Assuming that you have the correct vacuum plate covering the leaf basket there can be a couple of things that you need to look out for. # sometimes there is an other pipe leading into the leaf basket area below the vacuum plate. The vacuum plate is made in such a way that it needs to be positioned correctly to cover this pipe otherwise you will end up with very little suction through the vacuum hose. # The seal that holds the vacuum plate in place is inadequate. # there is more then 1 skimmer box, if there is one of them needs to be sealed of while the vacuuming is done.
The rear license plate bulbs on a 1996 Olds Cutlass Supreme are replaced by removing the retaining screws, pulling the light assembly out, and disconnecting the wiring harness. The bulb can then be twisted to remove it and a new bulb put in place.
