Personally, no, I have not seen the Virgin Mary.
I have never seen a parrot as a symbol of the Virgin Mary.
Guadalupe is not mentioned in the Bible. It is a place in Spain where a vision of Mary was seen, and also a somewhat later place in Mexico where the Virgin Mary was also claimed to have been seen, thus Our Lady of Guadalupe. The purpose of the second miracle claim is said to have been to encourage the indigenous population of early Mexico to convert to Christianity. For more information, please visit http://christianity.answers.com/catholicism/visions-of-the-virgin-mary
non-virgin Mary
Saint Bernadette had 18 visions of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
There were some Roman Catholic reports that the Virgin Mary appeared to a nun in the 1950's, but these reports have not been independently verified. It is not impossible for the Virgin Mary to appear to someone who is very pious and leads a very spiritual life. For example, some monks on the holy mountain, Mt Athos, have apparently also witnessed visions of the Blessed Virgin Mary throughout the centuries.
I have never seen an image of the Blessed Virgin wearing red. She is usually pictured wearing blue an/or white. One exception is the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe where she is pictured wearing typical Aztec garb.
In Christian belief, Mary conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit while remaining a virgin. This belief, known as the Virgin Birth, is a key tenet of the Christian faith as outlined in the Bible. The miraculous conception of Jesus is seen as a sign of his divine nature.
The sign was requested by the bishop of Mexico City, Fray Juan de Zumarraga. We are not sure what sign he requested to verify that the requests were. actually from the Virgin Mary but two miraculous things happened. First, Juan Diego found beautiful flowers blooming on the top of Tepeyac Hill on a frosty December morning. Second, when Juan Diego opened his tilma (cloak) for the bishop a miraculous image of Our Lady of Guadalupe was found imprinted on the fabric. This image still exists today and is on display at the Basilica of Guadalupe in Mexico City.

Many Catholic shrines are associated with alleged apparitions of the virgin Mary. Bernadette Soubirous, a 14-year-old peasant girl, told her mother that she had seen a 'lady' in the cave of Massabielle, about a mile from Lourdes, while she was gathering firewood with her sister and a friend. Similar appearances of the lady were reported on seventeen further occasions that year, and many Christians believe the sightings to have been of the virgin Mary. The truth of the apparitions of Lourdes is not an article of faith for Catholics.
