That would be Stevens A & T Co- Arms and Tools, Chicopee Falls MA. Stevens made a number of single shot pistols over the years. Among many- the No. 10 - which looks like a target auto- from 1919-1939, and the No. 35 Offhand, known as the "Tip-up" made from 1907-1939. There are many more- and entire books on this subject.

What would be the value of a single shot 410 long barrel pistol by J Stevens Arms Co?

That may depend on several things, but the most important thing for this particular gun is the barrel length. 12" is long for a pistol, but short for any smoothbore gun according to the BATF. Some manufacturers made .410 pistols with an 18 or 18-1/2" barrel that remained legal after the Gun Control Act of 1934, but I do not think any of the Stevens were more than 12-1/4". IF you have one with a barrel length of 18" or more AND an overall length of 26" it would be worth $100-$600 depending on its condition. BUT if it is any shorter, read the answers to the related question "What is the value of a J Stevens 410 break-top single-shot shotgun pistol with a 12 inch barrel and a leather holster" linked on the right side of this page.
