This can be done, though some modifications may be needed. If you need to replace your core support (rad support) as well, order a core support for a 91 S10 blazer. This will help do away with the mounting issues. I did this to a 1985 S10 blazer and the grill fit fine with the factory core support, but not all of the mounting locations matched.
May be an auto resetting breaker in the main power dist. box under hood
possibly you have a leaking cooling line from your trans cooler or radiator
If there is a fuse on your model it is in the fuse block under the dash. My book only mentions one for the four cylinder model.
It located as you are looking at the engine to the left of the tbi on a mounting bracket on top of the bracket it has a four wire connector connecting to the module

20 gallons. The 1st Generation ('82-'93) S10 and GMC Jimmy has a 20 gl tank, if powered by a V6. The four cylinder engine models have a 13.2 gl tank.
