The JStevens Arms Company Model 235 double-barrel shotgun was made from 1912 to 1932. However, there were no guns made by the company from 1916 until 1920.
NID with serial # 446018 was made in 1927
In order to answer your question correctly,I would need the maker of the shotgun, shotgun model, and type of shotgun we are talking about(pump action, single shot,semi-auto etc.) I would also need to know what type of barrel you have(plain barrel, solid matte rib,or vent rib barrel).also include the overall condition of your shotgun and amount of blueing remaining on the receiver and barrel.
No published sn data.
Unlikely that detailed sn data has been published.
Another Belgian shotgun. Neumann Bros were in business into the 20th century, although a gun that year of manufacture is doubtful. Value is going to be minimal, and the gun should be looked over by a gunsmith to ascertain exactly what you have.
You can own a short barrelled shotgun anywhere. The question is, do you have a license for an AOW (any other weapon) or a Class 3 license. That is the only way to own a short barrelled shotgun. To be termed a short barrelled shotgun, the barrel length has to be less than 18 inches when measured from the chamber (on a closed bolt) to the end of the muzzle. Washington Will NOT allow a Shot Barreled Shotgun they Are reguired to be Destroyed the gun if a Police agency Takes control on the Gun look up Washington Wacs. Best thing to do is detroy the Short Barrel and look for a Legal Lenght Barrel to replace it. Try a gunbroker or online.
The Model 335 was made from 1912 to 1931. I know of no serial number breakdown by year. sales@countrygunsmith.net
There is no record that Husqvarna ever made a 10 ga shotgun.
By the specific serial number stamped into the frame.
