Pricipitation reactions are due to a phase change that make use of soluble antigens. Agglutination reactions are the clumping of antigens particulate's and antibodies.Flocculation reactions are a fluffy form of precipitation reaction due to antigens and antibodies.

What is the difference between aggregation and agglutination?

Aggregation involves clumping of platelets while agglutination involves clumping of particles in the presence of antibodies.

What is the difference between Aggregation and Generalization?

Aggregation is a group of varied things or a mass made up of distinct parts. Generalization is a group of similar things, but not identical things.

What is difference between aggregation and agglomeration?

Aggregation refers to the act of combining individual items into a single group or collection, while agglomeration refers to the clustering or grouping together of similar things or entities in a specific location. Aggregation is more about bringing scattered elements together, while agglomeration is about the physical proximity of similar entities.

What is the difference between denatured and coagulated proteins?

In denatured proteins, a loss of function is experienced. It is also part of the process of coagulation. Coagulation is a non-reversible process, which is the opposite of denaturing.

Difference between aggregation and composition?

Aggregation is a collection of objects where they are loosely associated with each other. Composition is when there is a tighter restriction between two, or more, objects where the composed object cannot exist without the other object, or objects.

What is the difference between clotting and coagulation?

Coagulation is when the blood thickens and solidifies, turning from a liquid into a gel. Clotting is when the chunks of coagulated blood forms a solid or semi-solid mass. Clotting is a healthy response to stop bleeding.

What is the difference between a colony from an aggregation?

A colony is a group of individuals of the same species that live together and cooperate in tasks like reproduction and defense. An aggregation is a temporary grouping of individuals that come together for a specific purpose, like foraging or mating, but do not have the same level of cooperation as a colony.

Whats the difference between aggregation and composition?

It's a subtle difference in how the words are used. Aggregation means putting things together. Composition means the discrete things which have been put together. You could ask "what is the composition of the ftse 100?" And the answer would be a list of companies. The question "what is the aggregation of the ftse" doesn't make sense. The ftse 350 is the aggregate of the ftse 100 and the ftse 250. It is composed of the ftse 100 and the ftse 250. A fund which tracked the ftse 350 might have the same composition as a fund which tracked the ftse 100 and the ftse 250

What is the difference between agglutination and precipitation?

Agglutination involves the clumping together of insoluble molecules. So you easily this happening with the naked eye. Precipitation involves the aggregation of soluble molecules.

What's the difference between curd and whey?

Whey is a milk serum, a watery liquid that separates from the curds, after coagulation, as in cheese making. In other words, curds are clots and the whey is the 'water' left behind

Similarities between struct and union?

Struct and Union have following similarities:- Both are aggregated data types that allow a mixed for values to be contained in their instances. They are the way aggregation is done in C for making. The difference between them is that union allows the different items to be in it but allows access to be on one becase they are represented in overlapped manner. A Struct is also aggregation but it separates each data item contained in it and therefore anyone can be accessed anytime from its instance variable.Unions are ordinarily used because of performance and generalization ,while the structures are generally used for aggregation. What is the difference between plasma derived and cell derived chemical mediators of inflammation?

the cellular components involves leucocytes which normally resides in cell and must move to site of injury while plasma has cascade system which involves complment system , kinin ,coagulation and fibrinolysis system
