Say wrong no. when they call, or make it very clear you are not going to pay his debt, aren't going to be able to help them in any sort of way and that ur willing to take action against them if they don't stop harassing you. alternatively... Send them a written letter ordering them to Cease and Desist all telephone communications with you. If they don't stop after receiving that, you can sue them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
