It is usually a bug on your computer or there have been a mental problem at the database of Messenger. Keep in mind the contacts is being saved on a own server and not your computer. Although there might be a virus for MSN that keeps all your contacts invisible and it looks like they have all been deleted. You should try to re-install Windows Live Messenger or try to login with another computer.
No - system restore is designed to 'roll back' your computer to a point in time before a problem occurred. It will undo installations, but not restore deleted files.

The problem in the library is simple... It's the library!
I fixed the problem by deleted the program 'Spyware Doctor' using the add or remove program Icon in Control Panel. Once I rebooted the computer, the problem was gone.
You can fix an app that is stuck loading and cannot be deleted on an i phone 5 s by first connect your iPhone to the computer and then open an iTunes and then navigate into the app store and install the apps you are having a problem with on the computer and then sync your iPhone.
I did a full search for ~tmpg.exe and found one with a bunch of letters after it (deleted no problem) and another that was hidden (the pure .exe) couldn't delete b/c it was in use so I popped up task manager and saw it running as a process. I stopped the process and was able to delete no problem. Rebooted and problem gone. Hope this helps.
I have heard elsewhere that the genius files that are in/with your library file can be deleted, which may fix this problem by forcing a regeneration of the Genius data.
Yep, without a problem.
This comes on your computer because your admistative account was deleted so ra media server took over . There is no RA Media Server password , how ever you can fix this problem by using the CD that came with your computer , if you dont have it you could send your computer to a computer shop and they will rest your computer. :(

If you feel that your existing computer is not functioning properly. If there is a hardware problem then you can get new one, if there is software/hacking/virus problem then contact your service provider.
