15000 rpms! I don't think so.
turbo
my 307cc if started in gear pulls away no revs required even up hill
Pro: you are able to change gear when your engine revs are different from your transmission revs. Con: when torque is high or the difference in revs (see above) is too big, it will slip.
yes the 327 was built in a small and large journal small journal revs up fast and spins rpms and large journal is stronger
Try locating and testing or changing the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) Or if it's not in gear it could be the rev limiter keepin you from over revving & blowing your engine.
Try changing your pcv valve. if that dont work it could be your mass air flow senscer or throtle pasistion senscer

The Revolutions per minute varies ,because when you talk about Revs it's really cycles or frequency your after. The USA uses 60 hz, or cycles. Other countries uses 50hz. I'm not really familiar with the 50 cycle conversion , but in short 60 cycles is like 800-1200-1800-2400 revs ,an so forth, As you ether increase or decrease revs. the cycles always comes back to 60 cycles. I'm sure it is the same in 50 cycles also. it would just be something like 500- 1000- 1500- 2000-Revs. Now when your saying operating all the house , that would be Watts or Amps. This means how many lights,or Tv's, you can have. or how big the generator would have to be. Just be sure not to over rev your engine, be cause it will break it. check the tag.for revs or rpms.
