I once read an article which detailed the fact that its risky to get involved with people who say they aren't ready for a relationship or commitment because such people just aren't ready to commit. It could be for a various amount of reasons, she could be weighing her options, unsure of a relationship and probably haven't found the right type of person to spend the rest of her life with.
So it does not necessarily mean that its because of you, it could be a dozen other reasons.
