* If the person is young then they haven't had a chance to experience a lot of life so they really don't know what they want out of life and it's not an excuse. If the man is older and he bulks when it comes to commitment then yes, in many cases he does want all the fringe benefits without making any commitments.

Sounds like your relationship is based on sex and that's not good for you because it makes you feel used. Ask him how he feels about you and the reason why he doesnt say i love you back. Signs of cheating is if its the weekend and he just wants to hang out with the boys but doesnt answer your calls but he always has an excuse. Or he fakes an argument just to say forget you then so he can go out and get his way knowing that you will eventually get over it.

I have a Bichon Frise but not a mix with a shitzu. But my bichon frise is very relaxed always has been since a puppy. Never bites never has doesnt usually bark unless a stranger or a mail man comes. but i do know some bichons that are adults and bark constantly and always have energy.
