Muslim women in Muslim countries are leading respected life and treated with kindness and mutual respect. They enjoy all the rights as men. The non-Muslim woman may feel concern about the kind of clothing that Muslim woman is required by religion to wear. However, the religion requirements for woman is to wear clothing meeting the following conditions:

• Covering whole body (including hair and head) except face and hands.
• not tight that describing the body sexy parts.
• not transparent to show what in underneath.

This clothing requirements if considered, even by the non-Muslim woman, is for the benefit of the woman to protect her of harassment or improper reactions.

Some countries may have more stringent requirements on woman clothing due to the local cultures and traditions (not due to religion requirements). However, I think for foreign non-Muslim women, they are not obliged to follow these particular local requirements.
