It is possible that this is a message that you are not really compatible with her, but there are lots of other possibilities. One could be that this difference is something that you both will have to work at managing. "Thinking" is not the only way to approach life. She may be much more of a practical and action-oriented person, or possibly she puts more weight on personal values when she is working out solutions to things.
Possibly she doesn't quite know how to say that you have over-thought or over-analyzed something that you are working through with her, and she may appreciate your being a little more open to her point of view. It sounds a little bit like "ok, guy, you can back off the analysis for a bit. Can we take another view of it, or do something else for a while?"
When two people are working out an issue, it is not always the sharp, clear, logical solution that is OPTIMUM. The optimum solution is the one that brings you closer, allows you each to have input, and that you can both live with when all the dust settles.
