they make sure the animal are in good health condition and feed the animals too they make them look good so they can be sold to owners and they make sure that the new owner will look after the pet well and telling what the pet owner what they need for the pet. You cannot Control pets on the Sims Pets Stories, unless you are the owner, you could teach them the command "Come Here", if your pet learns that trick, you may call your pet/tell him/her to come here. Other than that, you can not control pets on the game.
There are not "Games" but when you adopt a pet you put your name in as the "Owner of the pet" but not in the pets name slot and then when you click the pets profile it will say your name some where in the information tags Hope this helps
