If the potential employee has lost his previous job due to downsizing or cut backs, once again the potential employer often asks for a letter of recommendation from the applicants former boss.
A cover letter expressing your interest and summarizing why you would benefit the company. A resume showing your education, job history, and performance of work of interest to the potential employer.

I would advise against it, especially if the potential employer outsources background checks.
The right response: he'd say it was excellent. The potential employer you're interviewing with wants to know if you'll be reliable.
The GPAs in the associate's degrees are separate from the bachelor's degree GPA; however, if you are applying for a job, it would depend on how the potential employer interprets it and what weight he or she puts on the GPAs. It would also depend on other factors, like what the degrees are in.
