I live in South Africa and I have gotten sunburned much worse in LA were coincedentilly the Jonas brothers live. SO I'm not too sure they'll be worried about the weather. And the Jonas Brothers once said that they would come to some parts of Africa in sometimes June or July for there World Tour. But with the dates I've seen so far they are not coming yet. But hopefully they will. =)
