Do not drop your rabbit, carefully place it safely back in it's cage. Then take care of the wound the same way you should for any animal bite.
Wash the wound gently but thoroughly with soap and water. Apply direct pressure with a clean cloth to stop any bleeding. If after several minutes the bleeding hasn't slowed, it may require a trip to the hospital for stitches. Otherwise, apply an antibiotic ointment and cover with a bandage. Keep it clean and dry.

∙ 14y agoNo, not unless it's infected or if your rabbit has a disease that you know of. If not, then just put some antiseptic cream/wipes on it and it will heal soon enough.
