Anytime I guess, when ever you desire! You must have some money to afford the shots and the health care. If you don't have money to go to the vet don't get a kitten!! :( Be aware for scratched up furniture and litter box training! Some kittens don't learn! To get the right supplies for your cat is to go to Petco, Pet smart or other places.

I have two cats and after my girl cat had kittens today my boy cat almost seems to be scared of her. He hisses at her and runs away. Whats wrong?

If the cats were close before the kittens were born, he may be jealous of the kittens because they are getting all the mother's attention. Or perhaps she felt that he threatened the kittens in some way and is acting defensive towards him.

What helps a mother cat produce milk for her kittens?

Cats nurse kittens until the kittens are about four or five weeks old. At this age, kittens begin to wean and are able to eat soft kitten food. The mother cat's teets will dry and retract slightly. The only true way to tell if a cat is still nursing kittens is through observation.
