You must get her to get used to your smell by putting your hand in the cage and letting her smell it. You can play whither her/him when she starts responding to your hand in a good way and give her/him some treats but not too much so that she/he won't become obese. if she bites you the first time you should keep her in its cage in your room for a couple of days. after a couple of days try again and if she bites again try doing it everyday a little until she is used to you.
I got a hamster by my mum letting me be responsible. If your wondering how to do that then just do probably 5 chores a day and never stop until your mum and dad let you have a hamster. And there you go! You've got a hamster.
You have to remember that hamsters are nocturnal and mostly eat and drink at night or its just trying to adjust to its new home that happened to me the firdt day i got my hamster hope this helped =)
You need to take care of the responsibility that you got, (hamster).
Do not put a female hamster with an already settled male hamster JUST DON'T
yea u can if u just got a hamster u bet go clean that shity cadge
You have to get the hamster used to it's home and surroundings. Try not to handle it much until it gets used to it's new home. After a day or so, start to get the hamster used to you. Remember to feed, water, and change their bedding.
NO!!! A hamster should either be raised alone, or with another hamster of his own breed and age. YES ! ! ! iv done it i got a Chinese dwarf female and when she turned 2 i got a syrian male friend for her to play with there both living very happily together Yes they can .
It's probally best to leave her/him till tomorrow so that he/she can settle in. I say this because when i first got my hamster i wanted to play with it straight away and it bit me :)
How you teach a hamster to swim is each day you shold fill the water higher until you got a hamster swimming make sure the water is warm go on try it it will work i have done this before.
Hmm. No I just got one I haven't neutered mine. I think you just separate the male and the female.
Well, it depends if they found each other. But if they did, I think that they would just fight each other. Not mate, lol
i got a cute little dwarf hamster in December for Christmas then after a few months i figured out he got injured on his foot and i found that out because my hamster would usually every night run on its wheel and make a whole bunch of noise in the night and really play a lot around its cage next day i saw he wasn't doing anything but sitting then i saw his feet and one of them was just hanging down i quickly took 1 ice and put it on his foot for about 5 minutes and he became better and had his process going
