The election of the president is every 4 years and with the passage of the 22 amendment a president can only serve 2 terms for a total of 8 years.
Franklin Delano (say: thanks and I say: your welcome :) )
The amendment that limits the amount of terms for a person to have only two four-year terms as president in office.
i dont know
Yes, a former president may hold any job that he is elected to or offered. If the former president has already served 2 terms as president there are some so say he (as we have only had male presidents) is ineligable to be president but this has not be tested or tried by the courts.
Do to America? Are we supposed to say he caused the Great Depression? How simple minded!
I would say Jefferson Davis, because he was the president of the Confederate States of America, and Lincoln was president of the United States of America.
Once
"The business of America is business."
The 22nd amendment says that no one can be elected President more than twice, and anyone who has served more than 2 years of someone else's term as President can only be elected to one full term.
Barack Obama was elected president
"America" refers to the continents of North America and South America. There is no such office by the name of "President of America." BUT, Europeans often tend to say "America" instead of "United States". Therefore, I am guessing you wish to know the age of the current President of the United States: Barack Hussein Obama II - Born August 4, 1961. So he is now 49.
