Bugs Bunny made his debut in the animated cartoon "A Wild Hare" on 27 July 1940. Prior to the release of "A Wild Hare", Bugs Bunny appeared in four earlier Cartoons, but without the appearance and personality he developed later on, especially his habit of saying "Eh...What's up, Doc?"

∙ 7y agoBugs Bunny is a Warner Brothers cartoon. Mel Blanc played the voice. He first appeared in 1938 but it was Tex Avery's 1940 A Wild Hare that made Bugs Bunny famous.
