Hernando de Soto did not conquer the Incas even though he participated in it.
He started out to the new world in 1514, he then explored Florida which is part of the southern US.
Hernando de Soto was a captain under the command of Pizarro. History names Pizarro as the conqueror of the Incas not de Soto.

Hernando De Soto did a lot of "exploring" he conquered a lot of places but what he's mainly known for is discovering the Mississippi river in America... so mainly he was exploring the US (he also visited Panama, Nicaragua, and Honduras and became rich with Incan plunder)
We know that de Soto had at least 3 siblings, but unfortunately like a lot of his early life, no records exist to tell us their names, except one, Juan Mendez de Soto. There are a few records that do survive about him.
