These are the Stuart monarchs and their reign time:

James I (1603 - 1625)

Charles I (1625 - 1649)

Interregnum - (with no monarch) Oliver Cromwell (1649 - 1658)

Charles II (1660 - 1685)

James II (1685 - 1688)

William III (1688 - 1702) and Mary II (1688 -1694)

Queen Anne (1702 - 1714)

None of Queen Anne's children survived past childhood, so the House of Stuart ended with her reign. The next monarch was George I with the start of the House of Hanover.

King Henry VII of England and Queen Elizabeth of York were the parents of King Henry VIII and Princess Margaret Tudor. The younger Henry married six times but only had three living children, Mary I, Edward VI and Elizabeth I, who ruled England in turn, but who all died childless. Princess Margaret sister to Henry VIII married James IV King of Scotland and became the mother of King James V of Scotland. By her second marriage to Archibald Lord Angus she became the mother of Lady Margaret Douglas. King James V married Lady Mary de Guise and became the father of Mary Queen of Scots. Lady Margaret Douglas married Matthew Earl of Lennox and became the mother of Henry Lord Darnley. In due course the cousins Mary Queen of Scots and Henry Lord Darnley married and became the parents of King James VI of Scotland. In 1603, Elizabeth I of England died and this James as her nearest male relative inherited her English throne and became King James VI of Scotland and I of England.
