Tesla reported that, driven by his observation of mysterious damage to photographic plates in his laboratory, he began his investigation of x-rays at that time still unknown and unnamed in 1894.
Nikola Tesla came up with alternate current, the radio and x-rays. In all, he had +200 patents which dealt with electricity.
The Electrical Review in 1896 published X-rays of a man, made by Tesla, with X-ray tubes of his own design. They appeared at the same time as when Roentgen announced his discovery of X-rays. Tesla never attempted to proclaim priority. Roentgen congratulated Tesla on his sophisticated X-ray pictures, and Tesla even wrote Roentgen's name on one of his films. He experimented with shadowgraphs similar to those that later were to be used by Wilhelm Rontgen when he discovered X-rays in 1895. Tesla's countless experiments included work on a carbon button lamp, on the power of electrical resonance, and on various types of lightning. Tesla invented the special vacuum tube which emitted light to be used in photography.
He didn't. Tesla did not invent the X-Ray. Wilhelm Röntgen did.Tesla is often reported as the inventor or discoverer. He did neither.X-rays even by electronic means were well known to fog film by the time Tesla reported his discoveries. He made some observations - which have been widely touted by the press but his work with them was actually pretty limited.X-rays, were observed by both Johann Hittorf and William Crookes in the 1870s with Crookes tubes. The effects of them wouldn't be understood to the uses we have for them today until Rontgen's work in 1889.
The whole word uses the alternate electricity to light up the houses and buildings. Besides that, he also came up with remote controlled boats and x-rays.
X-Rays
Tesla could imaging things in his mind and put them to work.

first work with x razs had nikola tesla but he wasn'z verz interested, after that i think Rentgen did.

Tesla is now credited with inventing modern radio . Tesla's invented system of dynamos, transformers and motors. Also he invented remote control in 1896. He invented X rays. Other inventor had discovered x rays by accident about the time Tesla did but Tesla calcuted his thoughts into xrays and his was a better method thus making it the basics of modern xrays. The Tesla coil is the basics of radios and televisions. Today the energy we receive in our homes, is the alternate current Nikola Tesla invented.

X-Rays
He invented the system which the whole world lights every home. He showed the world about radio waves, x-rays, remote control. He invented the basis of all wireless systems and many others.
Despite the fact that Tesla worked closely with Westinghouse, he still retained his own laboratory, and was very happy when he was working there. He continued to make new discoveries, one of which was a lamp that fluoresced, and was actually a forerunner of today's fluorescent tubes. These hit the market some fifty years after Tesla's prototypes! He also investigated many other phenomena including X-rays and a vacuum tube or valve very similar to the Audion or triode valve pioneered by de Forest in 1907.
