Model 69A of Winchester was first introduced in November 1937. All 69 models were manufactured without serial numbers and production was stopped with to replacement model.

The first Winchester model 1300 shotgun(model 1300 featherweight) was made in the year 1978.

The prices for a Winchester model 141 will vary depending on condition. The prices for one in good condition start at an estimated $299.

The 94 in the winchester model 94 carbine stands for the year of its start of manufacture which was 1894.

I would start at Winchester directly. You may find some info on the internet,at sites that pertain to older Winchester rifles.

Please check your serial number! Winchester did not start the G prefix until serial number 941,000 on the Winchester model 70.

First lets start out with the fact that you have a Winchester model 9422 not 1922.With the serial number that you have supplied, your Winchester model 9422 lever action rifle was made in the year 1981.

Start with gunpartscorp.com then eBay and auctionarms.com

Start with Winchester Customer service- but Winchester has made thousands of DIFFERENT rifles- which model?

First lets start with the fact that Winchester made a model 1897 shotgun, not a rifle. The serial number that you provided shows that your Winchester model 1897 pump action shotgun was made in the year 1899.

in .22 cal it was 1934 and stopped making in 1963

With the serial number that you have provided, your Winchester model 1894 was the 13th rifle made in the year 1904.The serial number at the start of 1904 was 291507.

That first character is a 'G' not a '6'. After the Gun Control Act of 1968 passed, Winchester started marking the G prefix on the Model 70 rifle. Yours is very early, and if you look you should notice that the G will appear to have been stamped using a hand die instead of the roll-die used for the rest of the serial number. Winchester had receivers already manufactured and roll-marked awaiting assembly when the decision was made to start using the G, so they went back and handstamped those receivers. You could reasonably state 1967 OR 1968 as the year of manufacture. I just recently sold a 7mm Magnum Model 70 in the same model year for $355.00 (90% condition). sales@countrygunsmith.net

Winchester started using the letter G in the year 1970 for the model 70 bolt action rifle.

The serial number start for the winchester model 1897 was #31609.This was a continuation of the model 1893 shotgun serial numbers. The number you provided was assigned to the model 1893 shotgun and this number was produced in 1894.they made these model 1893 shotguns from 1893-1899.

I would like to start with the fact that Winchester never made a model 82 rifle,or shotgun for that matter.I would also like to say that Winchester was producing the model 1873 rifle, and the Winchester model 1876 model rifle during the date of 14 October,1884.The model 1866 was also produced at this time in history. All 3 model of rifles were not chambered in 32WCF during this time. The only rifle chambered in 32.20 was the Winchester model 1873 carbine third model.this carbine was not chambered in 32-20 Winchester until after the date you listed.Could you be talking about a Winchester model 92(1892) rifle? The only problem with this is the Winchester model 1892 rifle was not produced until 1892,8 years after the date you mention. Please check your facts and dates for accuracy and repost your Question.

I would start my search at Numrich Gun Parts Corp.

Lets start out with the fact that the Winchester model 100 semi-auto rifle was chambered in 243 Winchester,284 Winchester, and 308 Winchester only!Your serial number indicates that your rifle was made in the year 1965.These rifles range in price from 250-400 dollars, depending on overall condition and a good bore.

Start with Winchester Customer Service. Winchester has made THOUSANDS of different models, and we would need to know which model to offer more help. Sort of like where to find a manual for a Ford truck.

Prior t0 1958 the 98 depending on condition and barrel markings would start at 900.00 range. If barrel is marked (not for ball) on the top this model would start at about 1400.00.

Most rifles made by Winchester dropped the WCF(Winchester Center Fire) designation at the start of World War II.In this case 1941-1942.

No, there are some where the first digit looks like an 'L' but it is a '1'.

I would start by checking with numrich gun parts corp. They can be found on the web.
