The 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitutions guarantees that all women shall have the right to vote. All men and women shall be created equal.

Suffragettes alone weren't allowed to vote, all women could not vote. Suffragettes were only women who were protesting the lack of the right to vote.
To give all men the right to vote. (Women still didn't have the right to vote until 1920.)
