The first time it had rained was around 4 billion years ago in the times of the early earth. Over time the comets that had collided with the young earth melted because of the primordial state of Terra(the Earth). After that had happened the process of clouds forming happened, which is condensed liquid in the atmosphere. From that lightning started at high frequency and the the rain happened with and without the lightning.
The first rain mentioned in The Bible occurred at the time of the Flood (when Noah built his ark). Genesis 2:5-6 seems to indicate that, prior to the Flood, the earth was watered by a regular "mist" rather than rain.

And no, magic doesn't exist.
No it falls on Earth
... rain
Rain or snow, yes. Precipitation is universal.
Yes acid rain does fall in the rain forest since the clouds that would be acidic can travel with wind therefore acid rain can fall virtually anywhere on earth.
No.
rain
100,000,000,000 tons of water fall
Once it reaches the atmosphere, the rain will become acid rain and fall back down to the earth
When the droplets are too heavy for updrafts to support, they fall to the ground as rain.
That sounds like rain to me.
It rains because when water is absorbed into clouds, the rain drops get too heavy and they fall to earth. Rain is good for the growth of crops.
When liquid water droplets are big enough to fall to Earth, we call it rain.
