None gave a bomb as a gift to Pakistan. The Pakistanis themselves built it for many years. Well, to make a bomb you need many things: technology, know-how, materials, fuel rods, uranium, a secure place. So Pakistan by all means tried to get all these stuffs. Specially for tech. know-how and and raw materials. So sometimes they got it by various illegal ways. North Korea can be one example.

∙ 6y agoRivalry with India. Bhutto, the Foreign Minister in 1965, after defeated by India in 1965 war said <we may it grass, but will develop atom bomb>. Pakistan choose Balochistan for testing their nuclear bombs on 28 May, 1998. It was a success. Pakistan became nuclear with Bombs in hand.
