When did they stop selling the Nintendo GameCube?

different answer from different person:well not exactly. The people who make the games count make the game high quality into those tiny little disks. And the PS2 could also play DVDs and CDs but the gamecube could'NT

The GameCube never really died, per say. Nintendo just moved on to their newer consoles - the Wii and now, Wii U - and thus, no longer produces the GameCube. You can still buy a GameCube, though you'll probably have to look online to find one.

As like any other console it was time for Nintendo to upgrade to the next console as the other competitors Sony and Microsoft where already a step ahead of them. The Wii was then created to compete and eventually the Gamecube was discontinued.
