Check your Digimon's Apitude, the stat that only increases when digivolving and degenerating. This stat determines the max level your Digimon can go. Poyomon has an apitude of 10. That means Poyomon can only go to level 10, unless you digivolve it into somethig it can digivolve into and then degenerate it. Then Poyomon's apitude will be higher, letting it level up more.
In Digimon World Dusk Knightmon is at level 60 and won't level up. Any solutions?
Check its stat called "apitude". This number should be 60 for your Knightmon, because this stat determines your Digimon's maximum level, and the only way to raise the stat is by digivolving and degenerating (no wonder that stat never went up!). So, you'll have to degenerate it or digivolve it. If the apitude's not 60, then your game is screwed up.
