The factory thermostat lasted 70,000 miles before the engine began to run cool too often, about 175 degrees at idle and not 195. The dealer told me that everything was fine, but I insisted that they replace the thermostat and the problem was solved.
Unless you notice your heat or temperature gauge acting strangely, just drive the car and leave the thermostat be.
