Breloom learns Energy Ball through TM (found in Battle Frontier Shop and the Route from Survival Area to Stark Mountain).
I apologise that I fail at remembering route numbers. XD
I guess so
-- A ball on a shelf has gravitational potential energy with respect to the floor. -- A ball in motion has kinetic energy. -- A ball of fire has heat energy. -- A ball of trinitrotoluene has chemical energy. -- A ball of charged pith has static electric energy. -- A ball of U235 has nuclear energy.
If a juggler is holding a ball, say, the ball has Potential Energy. When the ball is dropped, the ball has Kinetic Energy.
The Ball has energy in the form of potential energy as if it was released it would fall to the ground. The pitcher uses chemical energy to move his arm and give momentum to the ball. The ball's energy is now transformed to kinetic energy as it moves through the air.
A ball in your hand has gravitational potential energy. If you were to move the ball at all you would be transfering that energy into Kinetic energy.
Torterra can't learn Energy Ball on its own. You have to get the TM for Energy Ball.
turtwig does not learn energy ball
breloom can't learn force palm only in sinnoh
Grotle cannot learn Energy Ball naturally and needs TM 53 to learn it.
Breloom is a good Pokemon because it has high hp and it can learn good moves
You mean BREloom. No. Breloom is a grass/fighting Pokemon. No electric moves can be learned. Sorry.
Yes.
No breloom can't learn ice beam at all. But if you are intent on teaching it somehow use the code so Pokemon can learn all Tm's and Hm's. But naturally ice beam won't turn powerfull with a grass type like breloom.
at level 33 it will learn sky upper cut
Shroomish and Breloom.
You have to level Shroomish to level 45 (Gen V) to learn it then you can evolve, after evolution there is no way for it to learn it.
any grass type can learn energyball from the TM
