well usually he comes every month (about at the end of the month) but since his ship crashed he wont be coming until the penguins fix his ship. if you look in the newspaper on Club Penguin you can see that they are almost done fixing it. there is really no way you can tell the exact time but he should be coming soon ps. if you have any questions e-mail me at skinklutz@gmail.com
The next time rockhopper will come to club penguin is 21st June 2010.He will come at noon. You might want to look around for him waddling. The migrator(rockhoppers ship) will be next to the lighthouse in the beach. It is easy to spot you cant miss it!! But its pass 21st of June. To keep an eye out for rockhopper, go up to the beacon and look out the telescope. You can see rockhoppers ship if he is leaving or if he is coming!
He comes when a type of party is on. And he leaves when the party ends so if anyone wants to go to rockhopper island they have to stay on his ship until he leaves!
It is not known how often he comes, but he comes every about 2-5 months.
