There's no specific moment mentioned in The Bible, but it does hint a few times (most specifically in Leviticus) that it is associated with blood flow, which happens in roughly the second week of gestation.
There are, however, larger theological questions than simply when life begins, as even before life would begin by The Biblical definition, there would still be a life in potentia from the moment of conception. Therefore this should probably not be looked at so strictly. It is perfectly acceptable to say that life begins at conception as the life process has begun, and will continue without some sort of external interruption interfering with it.
Whichever of those interpretations you subscribe to would be acceptable from a Biblical standpoint.
The Bible does not explicitly state when life begins, but some interpret passages like Psalm 139:13-16 and Jeremiah 1:5 as suggesting that God has a plan for individuals even before they are born. Ultimately, views on when life begins vary among different Christian denominations and individuals.

The phrase "live your life" does not appear anywhere in the KJV bible.

The question is subject to lively debate. Some say that life begins at fertilization, the moment that sperm enters egg. Others say the life begins at conception, which is when the fertilized egg embeds itself onto the placenta.
