Not sure exactly what you are asking. If you are referring to a stovepipe, that is a type of malfunction where the spent case does not fully eject from the pistol and gets stuck in an upright position in the ejection port.
Where is it stuck? on full or empty? if on full you got a bad ground, if empty you got a bad float.
When the buttom is not working well, you can go to "Computer"->Choose your CD-device->Right click->ejection

That's a task best left to a gunsmith.
Ice cubes crumble when you empty the tray because they have stuck to the surface. This causes the ice crystals to shatter when they are forcefully removed.

The 15XT is a BB pistol, like the name says. It is not a Pellet pistol. If you can't force is back into the BB holding slide then you might as well buy a new pistol. You will need a .177 caliber cleaning rod and use it to push the pellet back into the BB loading port
