convection (studyisland answer)

A cold air mas moving into a warm air mass will create a cold front. It is along a cold front that the severe thunderstorms that can produce tornadoes most often form.
if you mean how the hot air in a hot air balloon makes it rise, its because hot air is less dense than cold air. when cold and hot air meet the cold air sinks thus making hot air left to rise.so when you put hot air in a balloon the air would rise. hope this helps.
When two waves meet, their interaction is known as interference.
they get bigger because the water droplets are cold and there is also water vapour in the air which is hotand when they meet the water vapour changes back to water droplets which then combine with the water droplets falling from the thunder cloud!!
Convection
hot air rises because it is less dense than cold air..this occurs by the process of convection
it forms a tornadow
Frontal rainfall is caused by the lifting of warm, moist air when a warm air mass meets a cold air mass. As the warm air rises and cools, it condenses to form clouds and precipitation. This type of rainfall is common in regions where air masses with different temperatures collide, such as in mid-latitude regions.
It is when two air masses meet. For example, Warm air rises and condenses into clouds when a warm front and a cold front bumps into each other.
Warm air rises quicklier then cold air. When those two meet, the warmer and lighter air rises OVER the colder and heavier air. If the warm air rises the warm air coolsdown when it's very high, and then the warm air forms clouds. A front is the place where cold and warm air meets. Along fronts in Europe, there are found a lot of rain and clouds most of the time.
A cold front forms. The warm, moist air, which is less dense, gets forced upwards. As it rises it cools and the moisture in it condenses. This results in rain and possibly thunderstorms.
A front is a place where two are mass meet. It is cause by wind.i believe the person who asked this question would like more info than just WIND.a front is where two different air masses meet and a boundary forms between them. When a warm mass and a cold mass meet, it causes a front.
When fronts meet from the opposite and collide, it is called an occluded front. A cold occluded front is cold air shoving under cool air at the Earth's surface thus the name 'cold occlusion'. The cold warm air boundary aloft is often west of the surface front. A warm occlusion is when cool air rises over cold air at the surface thus the name 'warm occlusion'. The warm-cold air boundary aloft is often east of the surface front. By Lisa Gardiner
Rises and drops in pressure and when differing pressures meet
The difference in temperature causes the condensation. Water molecules in the air meet the cold surface of the plumbing material and condensate on the cold surface. In a cold atmosphere the water molecules would condensate and form rain drops. If the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees F, ice will build up on the plumbing, like water molecules will transform to ice crystals, known as hail or snow. You can see that ice forming process happening in your refrigerator or freezer.
They meet at a front.
