When i put the key in to start my 1999 gran prix it doesn't turn over just makes the noise likes its going to start but doesn't and when i remote start with my alrm it starts my key is not dirty?

There is a chip in your key. it gets dirty the key slot gets dirty. this is a security thing here, if you wait a few minutes it starts right up.Either clean the two items or go get another key from the pontia dealer

it is most likely going to be your thermostat needs to be replaced. and if that doesnt work than time for a new radiator.
