2AM local time on November 2, 2014. If you're on the east coast, that's about 30 minutes from now.

Most computers and many relatively modern appliances will switch automatically. It's generally a good idea to set your clocks BACK one hour before going to bed.

And if you have a battery-powered smoke detector, this is a great time to change the battery.
