I suggest eating healthy foods when your hungry, but occasional sweets are fine, especially on special occasions. As a snack, you should eat an apple, banana, peach, plum, orange, ect., or maybe a small bowl of cereal. A good breakfast could be cereal, or oatmeal, with a small bowl of sliced fruit or a banana. Sausage and bacon can be fattening, but they can also have lots of protein. A lunch might include a glass of milk or apple juice, with grilled cheese or mac n' cheese. A good dinner is chicken with a glass of milk, juice, or a soda every now and then. A side dish for it would be broccoli, corn, peas, carrots, beans, ect. You should also exercise, brush your teeth, and take daily vitamins or pills that your doctor recommends to protect against illnesses, and to give you calcium, vitaman A, C , D, ect. Hope it helped.
