They are adults at 18 and can do what they wish but if you mean before that it depends what their plans are. I would not let my kids move out before they are adults just because it's fun to live with a friend. School or work better be in the plans, not party.
In most states the legal age is 18. The parent is no longer responsible for the child's actions. How is it not good for her? Go to court and prove this...good luck, you'll need it. Let her go and make sure that she knows that she can come back home anytime, the door will always be open, no ?s asked, let her learn from her own mistakes, and most importantly, let her know that you love her!
If your parents are not allowing you to leave home at the age of 18 you are not emancipated automatically because you have a child contrary to what you may have heard...if they are willing to let you leave to raise your child and have your family in your own home then you can leave whenever you want with no legal repurcussions also think about who you will get for a cosigner or where you would want to move because most apartments will not allow a minor to rent alone or without a cosigner hope everything works out for you Good Luck and God Bless!!!
i 1st let my child stay home when he was 8 but i left my rockweeler babysitting him i never did see poor timmy again :(
i think the parent has to let a child live at home until they are 18 unless they both agree the child can move out
you have to let your boss know and then she/he will say yes or no.
Once an individual reaches the age of 18, parents no longer have a legal obligation to that child. There would be no legal implications if the child's parents were to no longer let him/ her live in their home.
You need to get a a judge to let you leave by court order.
I think that 13 is a good age to let your child get a facebook. If your child is responsibe enough faceboook is fine for children.
Yes, you can certainly let them live where you wish. You are still responsible for the child.
No only a court of law can issue child emancipation status.
yes because he only has the right to give permission to let his child leave the state
its either 18 or 19 i would let my child leave me when its around about 18 or 19,or when my child gets a boyfriend/girlfriend because rather them being alone they won't be alone, but of course it is hard leaving your child,so let him/her leave when the family is ready
