The punishment when a person gives you or appoints you ,you dont have to take it seriously.just take it lightly and coolly and you will see the difference.if at all the punishment is so severe, then try of thinking something happy of that afternoon or day and let the punishment wear off.that is the most possible thing i can advise you .
