I'm not sure but you can always go on their official website- smtown.com or you can do a online email or mail-in audition! You can find their contact info on their website.....but i personally think you shud go with another entertainment....SME is waaaaaaay to abusive....they made TVXQ break up and put basically all their artists and stuff under a slave contracted...other choices are.....Cube Entertainment (B2ST, Hyuna) Open World Entertainment (Dae Guk Nam Ah) XING Entertainment (XING) FNC Music (FT Island, CNBUE) Brothers Entertainment (Micky Yoochun from TVXQ) PLEDIS Ent. (After School) and you can look up some more...O.~ I'm auditioning 2!

SM Entertainment
It was originally founded by Lee Soo Man, hence SM. But now SM stands for Star Museum.
Originally it was an abbreviation of the company founders name, Lee Soo-man, but now stands for "Success Museum".
You don't actually get a 'job' at SM. First you audition for it, then if they accept you, you will audition for them once again (just in case), and then you sign contracts, and you will be a SM trainee. Then, one day you will be chosen to debut under a group that they make. Some trainees train longer than others. Like SNSD Jessica has trained for about 7 years, while SNSD Sunny only trained for 6 months.
