Sounds like you may have a defective relay, which is in the fuse box. It is worth checking out.
If I had to guess I would say you have a short in the electrical system that slowly drains the battery as it sits.
Headlights, since they require more power than the inside lights of a car.
Then something is on pulling power from the battery. Check all lights and relays.
Because you left the lights on all night. This drains the battery. Connect a battery charger and wait about 3 hours. Then the car might start. If it does not start buy a new battery or a new car whichever you prefer.battery juice is gone.
leaving the lights on or if you keep the key in it like i do you might be leaving the key on.
My 2001 does that when the battery is drained and needing charging.

The only way to completely reset the anti theft system on a 1999 Ford Windstar is to unhook the battery for 45 minutes. Once you hook the battery back up, the anti theft will be reset and any warning lights will be off.

Most liley cause is an ignition off drow on the battery. Something is staying on when you shut the van off. Check dome lights, glove box lights, etc.
