If various agents and/or agencies in the government suspect you of terrorism, aiding terrorism, aiding groups that support terrorism, aiding groups that may have contributed some form of aid at some time to some group that may sponsor or support terrorism, you may have your rights suspended.

However, prisons are in some sense "voluntary", as we all have a pretty good idea of what will or will not get you incarcerated. Once out, if one was a convicted felon, many of these suspensions still apply.
There are more. Those are the obvious ones. Additionally there are various times and places where free speech and assembly are prohibited. There are blanket suspensions of rights that apply to everyone, such as carrying guns whenever and wherever we like. None of us have the right to go live in the woods in undeveloped areas, like Thoreau did. Stuff like that.
