If various agents and/or agencies in the government suspect you of terrorism, aiding terrorism, aiding groups that support terrorism, aiding groups that may have contributed some form of aid at some time to some group that may sponsor or support terrorism, you may have your rights suspended.

Also, if it is claimed that you are involved with drugs, vice or any form of racketeering or corrupt organizations, you may have your rights suspended. "Racketeering" and "Corrupt Organizations" are not concepts that need to be proved to revoke your rights under RICO laws.

Also, if you join the United States military, your rights - in part de jure, and in whole de facto - are suspended. It should be noted that there is no draft, so this is voluntary at the moment.

Also, if you are involved in business, some rights are automatically suspended. You cannot exercise your freedom of speech to share insider stock tips with your friends, for instance. Or advertise various products that you might believe in, but the government does not.

Also, if anyone has ever filed a domestic violence restraining order against you, then even though you had no conviction from a jury of your peers, you will have your right to be bear arms suspended for life, even after the order is lifted.

Also, if you are a prisoner, you have various rights suspended, such as freedom of various religious practices, speech, assembly, and obviously the right to bear arms. However, prisons are in some sense "voluntary", as we all have a pretty good idea of what will or will not get you incarcerated. Once out, if one was a convicted felon, many of these suspensions still apply.

There are more. Those are the obvious ones. Additionally there are various times and places where free speech and assembly are prohibited. There are blanket suspensions of rights that apply to everyone, such as carrying guns whenever and wherever we like. None of us have the right to go live in the woods in undeveloped areas, like Thoreau did. Stuff like that.
