The density changes due to differences in the density between cream and milk. Cream is lighter than water and milk is heavier than water. The average density of whole milk could be close to 1.024g per liter. When the cream is removed, the density of the milk goes up to about 1.036g per liter, while the density of the cream is about 0.968g per liter.
Milk has a density of between 1027 and 1037 kg/m3, at 20 degrees Celsius, depending on the type of milk. Water has a density of about 1000 kg/m3, at 20 degrees Celsius. Therefore, milk is more dense than water. However, heavy whipping cream is less dense than water, due to the added milk fat. Heavy whipping cream is about 994 kg/m3.
They are the same - can both be used to make whipped cream and can be used, when say making your own Alfredo Fettuccine Cheese Sauce. There is a difference though in light cream, half-n-half and heavy cream.
i wouldn't use it since it has milk

No, it is not ideal for a cat to eat cream. Cats do not need to eat dairy, and most are lactose intolerant, so can cause some cats to have diarrhea. Lactose is commonly found in cow's milk and dairy that is made from the milk. From PickledOnionGirl (Poster of the Q): Really? My cat loves cream and she doesn't get diarrhea. In fact, shes 10 years old and as healthy as a 4 year old! I only posted this to make sure... Should I stop feeding her cream as a small snack? I only give her a dollop of cream the size of a small pebble.
