When powder coating using a home type system how andor what is the easiest way to bake a component that is to large to fit into a normal oven?

You can use heaters, such as the ones that are mounted on top of a propane container. They have 2 or more "eyes" that get very hot if need be. They also have a shield around the back and sides of these burner eyes.

They do not move any air.

You simply place the item next to these eyes and it heats them. This and other bigger versions are used for big objects like cars etc.
