Assuming the car starts, but the car does not go when you press the gas, it could be:
1) Water in the gas tank -- you can put in a bottle of some "Heat" from the auto parts store
2) Moisture in the distrubutor cap (assuming an older car) -- remove distrubutor cap, spray the inside of the cap with WD-40, wipe, and put it back on.
Without anymore information, that is the best that I can do
shaking jerking when pressing on gas
You may be pressing the gas pedal too hard
If you just go a new car it might be that the throttle response is allot faster thus making it normal, if not go see a mechanic.
safety reasons
My car idles really high and wont go down and it will stall if I push on the gas!!
If you already put gas on the car and still don't start you need to put a little gas on the gas filter. That make the car start right away. Is because it take a while fot the gas to go up went the car was totaly dry. Try it work...
you have to ease on the clutch, transition between releasing the clutch and applying the gas.
it depends on how hard your pressing the gas pedal
Try putting fuel injector in the gas tank. Should be directions on the bottle but think you only need one per full tank of gas. Some of your spark plugs may not be working, go and see a mechanic soon, my car has had similar problems the mechanic said if we didn't go sooner the car was going to run on 2 cylinders.
yes but your gas milage will go down a little bit but wont hurt the car.
It is possible that the fuel pump has gone bad. This can happen if a car runs completely out of gas, never go below 1/4 a tank.
If the gas wont go in, try running it in very slowly. If it will go in slow, then the tank vent system has a problem. Check the vent tube and canister for a possible clog.
