For records request purposes from the National Archives' eVetRecs system, authorized next of kin of a deceased former military Veteran can be one of the following:
1. Spouse who has NOT remarried.
2. Father or Mother
3. Brother or Sister
4. Son or Daughter
All others must use a separate request form, which will only give you limited records.
